Year 5/Year 6

Festival of Sport (September 2026)

What a fabulous time we all had and a big thank you to Rotherham Games and Rotherham Leisure Centre for organising this.

We engaged with a variety of sports including: racket sports, boxercise, circuit training, Kerby and football.

Rotherham United Half-Time Cup
(October 2026)

St Josephs made a guest appearance at our local Rotherham United's football ground. Eight of our fabulous footballers, a mix of girls and boys, played against another local school. Great game play and scoring at the end in a penalty shoot out!

SEND Bowling (October 2026)

Rotherham Games, again offered our school and others in Rotherham to partake in this Year's SEND Bowling Tournament. What a fabulous afternoon we had. Truly amazing play!

Girls Football - Goal Keeper skills

Our local Rotherham Games, through funding from the F.A. was able to put on a fabulous session for our Year 4,5 and 6 girls. They got a taste of what being a goal keeper was like, as well as some football training.
