Here we are carrying out our Talk4Writing activities. We explore texts and writing through drama such as freeze framing, role play, conscience alley and role play. Learning whilst having great fun and developing our speaking, listening and writing!
Here we are evaluating each other's instructions. We had to follow them to make our jam sandwiches - we even got to eat them!
Exploring arrays, division and multiplication in Mathematics using manipulatives. Practical maths is fun and helps us deepen our understanding.
Fun outdoors! This is us exploring Autumnal leaves and creating patterns in the style of Andy Goldsworthy in our Forest School session.
We love gathering together for our class liturgies.
Here we are exploring Conisbrough Castle during our history project! It was amazing to visit a real castle!
After our visit we developed our drawing skills by sketching the parts of a castle!
World Book Day
We had great fun dressing up as our favourite characters and participating in lots of fabulous reading activities!!!
We had a brilliant time learning all about Hinduism and we even held our own Hindu wedding! We had dancing, Indian music, food, played traditional wedding games and we even got to sit in the Mandap which is a holy canopy for the bride and groom! We all had an amazing time!
